The artist Anton Alvarez explores through his sculptures the relationship between the work and the artist, between time and materials.

He has participated in several solo and group exhibitions internationally in cities such as London, Milan, New York, Seoul, Tokyo, Miami and Stockholm.

Anton Alvarez invented his own machine, an extruder that emits an entire sculpture in clay. The process, however, is not fully automated and requires the intervention of an operator to regulate pressure, speed, size, impact, intent, and judgment of aesthetics. The titles of his works correspond to the date and time at which they were made.
