We are enough est un appel à déconstruire certains des stigmas qui constituent les sociétés conptemporaines africaines. Une réflexion qui pousse à comprendre les impulsions et les croyances limitantes qui nous empêchent de “rêver grand”. L’exposition est organisé par AFIRIKA ARTFEST, parcours d’expositions dédié à l’art contemporain africain.
Œuvres
AFIRIKA ARTFEST is an exhibition path dedicated to contemporary art from Africa. It brings together several digital artists and visual artists (painters, photographers, street artists, etc.) in different spaces of the city that hosts it. This path has been imagined as a full experience in order to discover the impressive knowledge of Afro-descendant talents.
"We are enough", is a call to deconstruct some of the stigmas that constitute the contemporary African societies. A reflection that pushes us to understand the impulses and limiting beliefs that prevent us from "dreaming big". This edition has been thought as a process of emancipation initiated and highlighted by the creations of the selected artists. Finally, "We are enough" is the answer to a collective and personal introspection.
